2.4.11 PHYSICS CLASS UPDATE!
Folks,
Today we are calculating pressure values at the different depths we collected water from. We are using the formula P = gh, where P is the pressure, g is the gravity, and h is the depth at which the collection was taken. It should also be noted that the density of water that we are using for our calculations is 1 g/cm^3. More to follow...

Powerpoint
Hey, we are presenting in the form of a power point. Chem and Biology have everything on the power point so I am thinking I can give the power point to someone in Physics on a USB so you can add all of your information.
Re: IB Physics Ideas
Would you guys mind posting some of your ideas on the forum during class today so I can participate from home?

Presentation
The following is who is doing what in terms of the presentation:
Intro/Variables: Harrison and Kyle
Methods/Data: Jessica, Bruce, Olivia, and Erik (as it is quite exhaustive)
Conclusion/Evaluation/Improvements: Jeff and Neel
Jeff, Neel is starting to work on Evaluations and Improvements as there is no processed data to make conclusions on as of yet. So, you are welcome to work on eval/improvements and post it here.

Jeff we are doing the conclusion/evaluation/improvements
Jeff, Me and you are doing the conclusion/evaluation/improvements..... Right now we can't really do much in terms of the conclusion/evaluation until Jessica and Olivia are finished with the graphs, but for now we can make improvements regarding the experiments..... Be ready to hold down the fort guy!!!!

Re: IB Physics Ideas
ok cool so neel I'l post my improvements on the blog and if you want to integrate them with yours. or if you want to add to mine you can post yours on the blog as well and I will add it. How you think we should split up our parts when we present?

There also has to be a section with a reflection about what you learned from the group project. This section is not scientific, it is just simply what you gained from the experience.
tomorrow's presentation
don't forget to rehearse what you're going to say tomorrow in the presentation guys!

Hi All-
I've just been notified that Cady Burke (from the Biology class) has the presentation on her labtop, not Erik, just so everyone knows. See everyone in a little bit!
